Information you provide
Information submitted through quote and service forms is used to respond, evaluate insurance needs and provide requested service. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card data, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Processors and analytics
Formspree processes form submissions. Google Analytics may measure visits and interactions after a production measurement ID is configured; form-field values are not intentionally sent to analytics.
